Through our reverse billing model, we first identify our Client's budget and requirements, then source the level of individual that best meets the needs of the project. This approach avoids having to negotiate with Technical Professionals after the interview process, ensuring a smooth integration onto the project team. At KTR, we do not simply place contractors and collect time cards. We are in regular contact with our Technical Professionals to ensure that the project is going smoothly, and to provide feedback to and from our Clients. We believe that open, honest communication and a consultative approach to Contract Staffing is the best way to ensure success for both our Clients and Technical Professionals. Contract to Hire KTR also offers our Clients the option to directly hire our Technical Professionals after a period of time, with no placement fees.
