Our client, a leader in Interactive Technoloy Solutions is currently seeking a Network Administrator to join their growing team. This position is based in Calgary, Alberta and is a 6 month contract to Full Time hire. Key Responsibilities: - Responding and logging all the pertinent details of escalated support requests in the call management system.
- Providing level three and four support for the technologies global infrastructure according to SLA’s.
- Performing post-resolution follow-ups to service requests.
- Contribute and maintain documentation for knowledge base articles.
- Collaborating with network administrators and technical resources in remote locations.
- Providing network troubleshooting and resolution.
- Liaising with third-party support and equipment vendors as necessary.
Core Skills: - College diploma in computer science or technical certifications such as CCNA, CCNP
- Familiarity or experience working within an ITIL environment.
- 5 years of hands-on Cisco routing and switching experience.
- Experience maintaining Firewalls, Load Balancers, Wireless.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong documentation and environment mapping skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be fluent speaking and writing English.
- Must be have a valid passport or be able to attain one.
