Our client a leader in the EPC industry as it pertains to High Voltage power systems is looking to grow their Technical Leadership Team. We are currently seeking out a highly successful Project Lead who is committed to technical excellence, energetic, and looking to continue to grow with an established Organization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepares the Project Execution Plan.
- Coordinates and directs the work of a design team, consisting of Junior, Intermediate, and Senior level Engineers/Designers/Drafters.
- Accountable for overall project scope, schedule, cost, and quality on project from project inception through to completion (Including Construction, Testing, and Commissioning).
- Accountable for providing design support for Construction and Testing & Commissioning during the Start-up phase of the project.
- Accountable for Project Procurement including contract terms, contract requirements, PO approvals, etc.
- Ensures communication between of groups on the Project Team during all phases.
- Actively promotes Safety in design and construction.
- Make recommendations to Principal Engineer regarding Team training and development.
- Completes final assessment of Project Objectives and communicates Lessons Learned to others.
- Responsible for Project Close out.
- Some Site travel required.
Core Skills: - Experience with the Utilities Industry (High Voltage Systems).
- Experience with Field Staff.
- Sub-Station Design and Maintenance experience.
