KTR's Payroll Service is an excellent option for our Clients who want to manage the recruitment and selection of employees internally, but don’t want to have these employees placed on their company’s payroll.
Our scalable, competitively priced services allow Clients to avoid the complications of adding hourly paid temporary employees to in-house payrolls.
KTR ensures the Temporary Employees have the appropriate employee insurance coverage, and we are responsible for vacation pay, CPP and EI contributions, and all legal documentation, such as Records of Employment and T4 slips.
In addition, we are able to process invoices for Client-sourced Independent Contractors in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that they have all the necessary documentation in place.
