A dedicated sourcing strategy including KTR resources assigned to your search.

A detailed requirement qualification to clearly define the Client needs and to build the sourcing strategy.

Review of decision making criteria of Candidates to provide career counseling and to clearly identify appropriate matches to Client requirements.

Criteria based screening of each Candidate, as well as behavioral based interviews with each Candidate engaged with KTR before submittal to Client.

A profile summary of each Candidate presented to Client.

Client and Candidate preparation for each interview.

Professional Technical References from previous supervisors prepared for each Candidate, including documented results.

Offer presentation including detailed compensation/benefits debriefing to Candidates, as well as continuing follow-up and feedback to contract Technical Professionals.
