• A detailed requirement qualification to clearly define the Client needs and to build the sourcing strategy.

• Review of decision making criteria of Candidates to provide career counseling and to clearly identify appropriate matches to Client requirements.

• Criteria based screening of each Candidate, as well as behavioral based interviews with each Candidate engaged with KTR before submittal to Client.

• A profile summary of each Candidate presented to Client.

• Client and Candidate preparation for each interview.

• Professional Technical References from previous supervisors prepared for each Candidate, including documented results.

• Offer presentation including detailed compensation/benefits debriefing to Candidates, as well as continuing follow-up and feedback to contract Technical Professionals.
